I have always loved singing and playing musical instruments. I taught piano lessons for many years. I have sung in many choirs and done solo work, especially at funerals. I enjoy directing choirs and I compose music as a hobby. I love to write music to praise the Lord, express my testimony, or my feelings.

Song background:

I originally wrote this song back in 2007. I wrote it for Easter. It is a choir song with time signature changes and the only music writing program that I had at the time was a free version of finale. I had to input the song into the program in little pieces and then cut and paste, white out and write some things in such as: fermatas and choir instructions. I just rewrote the song so that it is in choir form and updated some of the words and notes. I love the feel and the tone of it. This song represents my testimony of my Savior, his atonement and resurrection.
