It took me ten years to come up with lyrics to honor Queen Esther and her courage -- and the courage we all need to show. It wasn't until I was reading the book of Esther and the phrase "for such a time as this" just lept off the page at me, and I hurredly wrote the chorus. Then the verses came. I think it was worth the wait.
