Joshua is a self-taught pianist, organist, and sacred music composer who writes to express faith, invite stillness, and give voice to spiritual truths. His compositions are rooted in scripture and hymnody, often reflecting a gentle, devotional tone designed to accompany worship and personal reflection. Alongside his quieter works, Joshua has a strong penchant for bold, expansive organ music that fully explores the instrument’s power and color. He draws inspiration from composers such as Ralph Vaughan Williams, Michael Dupré, Charles-Marie Widor, Paul Reade, and Rob Gardner. Whether composing for voice, piano, or pipe organ, he strives to create music that lifts the heart and honors the sacred.
