Song background:

This song is a favorite in my home ward. We've sung it in our Christmas program for a few years now, and it's become a favorite and even somewhat of a tradition. I haven't published before now because I knew it would take a lot of effort and editing to get it to where I felt like I could share it. But I've finally taken the time to put everthing together. I realize it's still not perfect, but if I wait until it is, I will never share it.

I've written this with piano, cello, violin, and flute accompaniment because that is what I've always had available in my ward. It sounds best with all three instruments, but I've also provided a pdf with just piano accompaniment, realizing that not everyone has access to musicians who play these instruments. I've also included a pdf of just the vocals to cut back on printing costs. There is also an mp3 of just the accompaniment, if you need to use that.

I didn't write any bowing for the strings.
