My son asked my to write him a song for his baptism. I came up with two other songs, but he was not happy with either of them. I was really struggling, trying to write something that would be meaningful and that would meet his high standards. Finally, after many months of praying for inspiration, I had a night where I couldn't sleep. I got up and started to read the scriptures. I have always liked Peter's enthusiasm and impetuosity. I read the story of when Jesus washed the apostles feet, and...I had my inspiration for this song. Hope you enjoy it.
