From Jeannie Saunders: This song pulled me in and grabbed my emotions. You can feel the depth of a soul longing for the comfort that someone's love would bring. Very intricate and beautiful. Nice instrumentation in the background along with the accompianment.

Justin Reeve is a native of Utah, and has played the piano for over 30 years, and has composed his own musical compositions and arrangements for most of that time. He loves performing in the community, and has done so for social gatherings, conferences, devotionals, assisted living centers, and is a regular pianist at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden. Outside his music, Justin is a software engineer and educational technology consultant, and a husband and father of four.

I like the song's message. I think many people, especially once they reach those first stages of adulthood (and well beyond), are so determined to be self-reliant and figure everything out themselves, that they forget that doesn't mean you can't lean on others along the way. Having someone there for you, when you feel there's no way out, can be the greatest help of all. It may be a family member, a friend, a teacher, a counselor, a therapist, a higher power, or even an unexpected stranger. No one has made it through life without borrowing someone's light to find their way through the darkness.
