The women and disciples who visited Jesus' tomb were initially disappointed and confused that the tomb was empty, but their disappointment turned to joy when they learned of the miracle that they could not quite understand before. Similarly, sometimes we are disappointed in the things we most hope for until we learn that the situation is actually better we could have imagined. This is a simple SATB arrangement, great for Easter. The attached audio file is of a women's quartet.
