Song background:
The violin is the woman; the piano is the man. The violin has a gentle fulfillment of a lifetime of conversion at the beginning of the piece, then the two, together, wait. In our case, I was on my mission. I came to realize that I loved my wife while I was on my mission, and, without plan or agreement, she waited for me, and I hoped she would. At any rate, every good love story has this time.
