This is narration with accompaniment. This follows the Overture in the oratorio, The Last Words of Mormon.
Lyrics: I am called Mormon,
being called after the land of Mormon,
I am a pure descendant of Lehi and Nephi,
(and my father's name was Mormon).
Behold, I am a disciple of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
I have been called of him
to declare his word among his people,
that they might have everlasting life.
And I make a record of the things
