Lyrics: My heart is filled with love for Thee, almost to overflowing.
If simple words could but express the humble joy of knowing
A Father's gentle love for me, the peace that fills my heart
When I but feel Thy warm embrace surround my willing heart.

A gentle reassuring love of purity sublime
Surpasses all my questioning of place, of doubt, of time.
It takes my ever wonderings and tucks them far away
In seeds of faith, where hope then springs to lift my fears away.

My heart is filled with gratitude for I know that I am Thine,
Thy child of spirit heritage, O Father Divine.
Thy tenderness enfolds me. I feel that Thou art near.
I love Thee, O Dear Father and feel Thy presence here.

I love Thee, O Dear Father and feel Thy presence here.
I feel Thy presence here.
