More about Mark A. Martin:
Mark Martin minored in music while earning degrees in statistics at Brigham Young University. He played in the percussion ensemble throughout college, and also performed with BYU's Panoramic Steel. With his love of barbershop harmony, Mark formed a quartet with college friends. They could be found singing informally on and off campus, specializing in Primary songs which Mark arranged in the barbershop style. On occasion, Mark arranges sacred music without the ubiquitous barbershop 7th chords.

* BARBERSHOP HARMONY *
A light-hearted arrangement of Our Primary Colors in barbershop harmony. Perfect for parties, activities, and talent shows. Don't sing it in sacrament meeting!
This was my first experiment arranging a Primary song into 4-part barbershop harmony. It led to many more quartet arrangements of Primary songs, several of which were sung on BYU campus by the Eligible Men's Quartet and The Minutemen quartet.
The mp3 recording used the words from "Sing With Me" (1969) page B-62. The words have since been updated from "Children's Songbook" (1989) page 258.
