This simple song wanted to be written.  A dear friend shared her sweet testimony through a poem called, "Only Believe," most of which serves as the text.  When she asked if I could try and put it to music, the timing was not convenient, but when experiencing something worth-while, it rarely is.  It depicts some of the miracles of Christ in Matthew 9.  The first thought I had was the words, "Only believe," should always ascend upward toward God.

I'm a busy and happy mother who believes in the power of God witnessed in music.  I know it serves to comfort, heal, and bear witness of truth through the Spirit and power of our loving Savior, Jesus Christ.  I am grateful for the sweet testimony this music has been to me of a Savior who is aware of each of us, who reaches and heals one by one, as I--we--simply, truly, only believe.
