Victoria Yates comenzó a estudiar piano a los 8 años y desde entonces ha cultivado un profundo amor por la música sacra. Da clases de piano y actualmente sirve como pianista y directora en su iglesia. Se dedica a traducir y adaptar arreglos de música sacra para que sean accesibles a comunidades de habla hispana. Victoria Yates began studying piano at age 8 and has cultivated a deep love for sacred music ever since. She teaches piano and currently serves as a pianist and music director in her church. She focuses on translating and adapting sacred music arrangements to make them accessible to Spanish-speaking communities.

This is a Spanish adaptation of Jason Robinson’s arrangement of “Lead, Kindly Light.” The original version can be found by searching “Lead, Kindly Light” by Jason Robinson on the Free Sacred Sheet Music website.
I created this adaptation to fit the Spanish text with his beautiful setting. It is a moving and reverent piece that brings peace and hope to those who sing and hear it.
