Since a young age, I have loved listening to, performing, and creating music. I have co-written most of my music with my mother, Shirley Riley, who passed away a few years ago. She was a very talented lyricist and poet as well as musician and I miss her dearly. I have also collaborated with a very talented lyricist and singer, Tim Dalton Morganson, on many children's songs that you will find on this website. We hope you enjoy using them! I have a music degree from Utah State University, served a Spanish speaking mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to San Diego, Ca., and taught full-time Seminary at Bingham and Clearfield High schools. I currently have a piano studio in my home and continue to write music. My husband and I have 5 beautiful children and 6 darling grandsons.

Repentance is a happy thing! What a blessing it is to be able to be forgiven of our shortcomings and overcome them through Jesus Christ. This is a children's song that teaches the gifts of forgiiness when we are willing to repent.

I try to be like Jesus each and every day.
But sometimes in my efforts,
my mistakes get in the way.
