Lyrics: Verse 1:

How sweet thy voice, delicious thy word
Which feeds the hungry soul,
And calms the needy from pain, from sin,
Refreshing souls within.

Thy arms do shelter us
From the storm;
Thy love sustains us and warms.
Thy word gives counsel
And peace mid strife,
And carries us through life.

Verse 2:

Thou art the balm
That heals all wounds
And pains within the soul.
Thou art the one who
In darkest night
Calms fears and gives us light.

Thou art the Firstborn
Who lives again
And rescues us from sin.
Thou paid the ransom
That we might live;
Eternal life thou gives.

Chorus:

Oh Christ, our Lord and King,
To us salvation bring.
Thy voice and word doth show
Thy everlasting love.

Thy peace restores our souls.
Thou lights our path before.
Thou leads and guides us home
To God our Father once more.
