More about Jennifer Hoopes:
I am a wife, mother, and grandmother. We live in the small town of Taylor, Arizona. I took piano lessons for 3-4 years in elementary school and because I cried and begged to quit on a daily basis, I was allowed to quit if I promised to continue learning and playing on my own, which I did. I wrote my first song as a teenager but never shared with anyone. As I got older, I was more brave and my sisters and mom and I would sing them in church. I have always felt the spirit strongest through music and hope that by sharing my music, others can feel it too.

This was written for our Girls Camp when the theme was Sunflowers.
Lyrics: The tiny seed breaks from the earth and stretches out to grow,
Though floods may come and fire and drought and gusty winds may blow,
Look to the sunflower, watch how it is done,
Stand tall, stretch and grow, and follow the sun.
My faith in Christ, a tiny seed, is stronger than I know.
Though trials come, they strengthen me and help me to grow.
I'm like the sunflower, I know how it's done,
Stand tall, learn and grow, and follow the Son.
Stand tall, learn and grow, and follow the Son.
