Song background:
Flood the World with Truth is taken from a collection of songs called The Prophets Songbook which contains 17 songs of our modern-day prophets and themes from their presidency. This song was written to highlight a teaching of President Ezra Taft Benson who reminded members, "The Book of Mormon is the instrument God has desinged to 'sweep the earth as with a flood, to gather out His elect.' The time is long overdue for a massive flooding of the earth with The Book of Mormon."
