More about Lisa Bradshaw:
Since a young age, I have loved listening to, performing, and creating music. I have co-written most of my music with my mother, Shirley Riley, who passed away a few years ago. She was a very talented lyricist and poet as well as musician and I miss her dearly. I have also collaborated with a very talented lyricist and singer, Tim Dalton Morganson, on many children's songs that you will find on this website. We hope you enjoy using them! I have a music degree from Utah State University, served a Spanish speaking mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to San Diego, Ca., and taught full-time Seminary at Bingham and Clearfield High schools. I currently have a piano studio in my home and continue to write music. My husband and I have 5 beautiful children and 6 darling grandsons.

Sheet music playthrough video:
Not enough music has been written about the amazing events that took place on the American continent before and at the time of Christ's birth. The threat of death, the test of faith, and the witness of the birth of Christ in Jerusalem, far from the inhabitants of the American continent, is a story that should be told and sung about. Christmas in Zarahemla is a Christmas song about just that. There is a video available to watch on YouTube. The solo version of sheet music is available for free here. If you would like a choir version with narration, flute, and string parts, they can be purchased by contacting me at lisarileybradshaw@gmail.com.

Lyrics: Can you imagine fears fading away,
Fading with each promised sign?
Yes, they told of a Savior born far across the sea,
A king, the Messiah he'd be.
Each sign was felt with pure relief,
All righteous hearts believed;
For all who prayed with real intent,
Sweet answers were received.
Though Jesus was born in a distant land
May each heart understand,
That no matter the place,
All will feel of His grace,
This babe born in Bethlehem.
Nephi had promised with prophets of old,
Foretelling of each precious truth.
Yes, they told of a Savior born far across the sea,
A King, the Messiah,He'd be.
The night continued bright as day.
A new star made it sure.
In still of night, the angels sang
For Christ, so new, so pure.
Though Jesus was born in a distant land,
May each heart understand;
That no matter the place,
All will feel of His grace,
This babe born in Bethlehem.
The Christ-child of Bethlehem.
