Comments for this piece:
From Elayna Clegg: A stunning, emotional and spiritual journey through a dramatic musical landscape of varied tonalities and rich chording. The change in color and feeling on page 6 adds emotional contrast to this narrative piece. The dynamic melody adeptly follows and supports the lyrics; which narrate a story of tension and apprehension, which is followed by a release of divine, loving serenity.
5.0 stars.
From Jeannie Saunders: The song started out a little heavy and intense, for me, but when it lightened up at the end it fit better with the theme. It is a beautiful melody and the chords blended well together.
4.0 stars.
From Connie : This is absolutely beautiful! I wish I had a choir to give it to. Not currently my "circus". As a pianist, I would have enjoyed a little feathering at the end of the song in the accompaniment. No big deal without it, but I felt it needed more there. Wonderful!
