Song background:
After many impressions, I decided to write and record a compilation of special songs to lift and comfort those going through difficult trials. This is my best work yet in collaboration with renowned arrangers Merrill Jenson and Michael Dowdle, and duets with the talented tenor Jordan Bluth.

Lyrics: Sometime before the light shines through my bedroom blinds
I get cornered by thoughts of gloom.
Real or conjured up, I feel like giving up,
No one else feels the way I do.
I keep tossing and turning, I don’t know why
I feel like I’m lost so why even try
There’s a war that’s waging on,
A battle for my soul.
